Once an installation is completed we provide complete piece of mind through our 25 year warranty on all hardware and labour.
Where requested we will provide a maintenance service either as a pre-paid SLA contract or on a ‘pay-as-you-go’ basis.
Our SLA service agreements will cover you for both telephone and on-site support.
